Lake Burton Home Watch offers comprehensive home watch services to ensure your property is well-maintained and secure. We begin with an exterior inspection, walking around the perimeter of your home and using binoculars to check the condition of the roof. We also collect your mail, remove packages from your porch, and inspect your boats and dock.
Inside, we perform visual checks of key systems, including your circuit breakers (in case of a power outage), plumbing (running water through sinks, baths, and showers, flushing toilets, and ensuring tanks refill properly), and HVAC systems (adjusting thermostats to appropriate seasonal settings). We do not just take a stroll around your house and a quick tour inside. Our bi-weekly visits usually last between 1-2 hours, depending on the size of your home, dock, property, etc.
Additionally, we can coordinate with local service providers as needed, handle the opening and closing of your home during your visits, and even do your shopping before your arrival, so you can unwind and enjoy your space as soon as you step inside!
Our home watch services offers on a bi-weekly basis with no contract requirements. You will be billed monthly for our services with a variety of convenient payment options.
Our Reporting
Lake Burton Home Watch uses HomeWatchIT to streamline our operations. This system enables us to develop a personalized checklist tailored to your home’s specific needs. After each inspection, you’ll receive a digital report detailing the time, GPS location, findings, and photos if necessary.
We also provide access to a portal where you can view past reports of our inspections.
